There is a BIG change in the combat system. This change was applied to be reflected on both clan PvP, and combat against animals.
Combat Engagement
- Previously, you could select your targets through the red ‘fist’ button shown on the right side of the screen.
- The new combat engagement system displays a larger view of current surroundings and health bars of enemies, making it easier for you to analyze the battles and select the intended target.
- The screen is zoomed out to its maximum when engaging in combat.

After Target Selection
Combat Mode/Screen
- You can now zoom in-or-out during combat, not unlike the pinch-to-zoom mechanic you have been using in an out-of-combat state.
- You are now able to see the health bars of surrounding enemies, allowing for many strategies to take place in the combat area.
- In the combat mode, only the touch motion will allow you to move your character in a certain direction. (The swipe motion will no longer move your character in the combat mode)
- For a liberating combat experience, the term between your touch motions and in-game movements has been reduced by 0.4 seconds.

Combat Mode/Screen
Hold Button
- When you use the newly introduced ‘Hold’ button, your character will attempt to stay in one place during combat.
- Pressing the Hold button will make your character stay at the location where he/she was before, or at the place where you manually touch after the button has been activated.
- Your character will NOT attack if the target is out of range after the Hold function has been activated.
- If you press button one more time, your character will return to his/her original stance.

Hold or Pursue
Required Skill – Lance
- Required skills for Lance have been detached from two-handed weapon skills. You can now become a maestro of Lances!
- Combat using Lances have become more effective due to its new skill tree.
- The action names ‘Rush’, which have been separated from ‘Lance Charge’, have been changed to ‘Two-handed Strike’.
AoE(Area of Effect) Attacks
- ‘Brandish’ of two-handed weapons and ‘Lance Charge’ of Lance have been functioning as single target attacks, which wasn’t as intended.
- ‘Brandish’ and ‘Lance Charge’ now inflict AoE damage on multiple enemies.
- You can use ‘Brandish’ to attack multiple enemies at once, or use ‘Lance Charge’ to break free from surrounding enemies.
- The damage dealt and cool-downs of these two actions have been adjusted.
Defense Penetration Skill
- Defense Penetration allows you to inflict a high amount of damage to your enemies when their Defense is higher than your Defense Penetration.
- Defense Penetration provides no advantage against enemies with low Defense. Use it wisely against stronger enemies!
Other Modifications
- Attack Range of ranged weapons has been decreased.
- The stun rate of ranged weapons has been reduced.
- Body parts of animals are less likely to be broken by the Body Tackle action.
